- Handling flight ticket related queries/requests in inbound calls, E-mails etc. efficient customer service.
- Responding to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
- Inbound Customer Service Centre for Indias #1 Airline
- Handling inbound calls related to pre / post travel queries from Customers worldwide
- Assisting customer with making a reservation ,modification, cancellation & Flight Information
- Providing Excellent Customer Service
Skill Set Required- - Good Communication skills (English + Hindi)
- Graduate / Undergraduate / BTech (Only less than 65%)
- 24/7*365 days working environment, with 6 working days with 01 rotational Weekly Off
- 24*7 shifts( open for night shifts)
- Immediate joining
- No leaves for initial 3 months
