Job Description:
- Deliver high standard of customer service for International airlines Rebooking & Notification Activity.
- The process requires rebooking & notifying passengers caused due to flight disruptions and schedule changes.
- The candidate should have good communication standard, proficiency in working in an airline reservation system and an ability to work in a 24 x 7 environment.
- Communicating with the Airline. (Written /verbal)
- Maintain and report daily output.
- Facilitate passenger Queries.
- Achieving and maintaining high revenue retention.
- Provide rebooking alternatives on Partner Airlines and adhering to clients guidelines.
Education qualification : Graduate in any discipline/Under graduates/Dropout .Shifts: Ability and willingness to work 24X7 (including night shifts).
Language: Should be fluent in spoken and written EnglishMinimum work experience : Minimum 6 months of experience in the travel industry at the international counter.
Specialized skills required (Travel): Travel diploma /certificate/ degree and/or work experience of any Global Distribution System Knowledge of an airline reservation system/GDS/CRS (Amadeus, Galileo can also apply)
Note: B.Tech/ BE/Technical Diploma less than 65% will only be considered.
