Job Description :
-Certification : RHCE/ ITIL
-Strong in Support and implementation
-Expertise in managing Linux OS (RHEL or CentOS) and service like Samba, Apache, Iptables, SFTP & FTP
-Experience in scripting using any of Bash/Shell/python/ruby.
-Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Bind, Apache, MySQL, nginx, etc.
-Must having troubleshooting knowledge on MySQL DB.
-Must having Experience with Hardware load balancers like Kemp, Big IP F5 on HA proxies, web servers etc.
-Good knowledge in Server hardware and troubleshoot( Dell, HP, IBM etc)
-Experience in VM Ware Virtualization is mandatory.
-Good understanding of Public DNS.
-Good knowledge of Linux server security and Backup.
-Monitoring tools experience ( PRTG, Zenoss&Nagios )
-Troubleshooting problems that arise on the site, and taking proactive action on them. This includes apache / mysql / potsgres / RoR problems/ MongoDb Replication and coordinating with the development teams to resolve them.
-Ensuring fixes are implemented in appropriate time-frames.
-Practical working knowledge of Puppet, Chef, Jenkins,Sphinx/Elastic Search,Memcache/Redis knowledge
-Knowledge in working with Replication and Clustered environment
-Experience with Infrastructure security is a plus
-Basic management of Amazon EC2 services managing instances, starting/stopping, monitoring costs.
-Create and update all documentation, accurately and relevantly.
-Knowledge of SVN server.
-Help tune performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure.
-Team player, good learner, problem solver, good communication skills.
