Reporting to IS & T Infrastructure Operations Manager, you will be primarily in charge of working with Microsoft and Internal support teams and ensure that you manage SharePoint service for 40K users spread across the globe. . You will be responsible to work with other teams like Service Desk , Business etc to ensure that end to end service is getting delivered. We are looking for a candidate who is having 6-8 years of very good experiance and knowledge in supporting / maintaining Sharepoint Online (Office365), OneDrive, MS Group, Teams, Planner, Flow etc in an enterprise environment.
6-8 years of experience and very strong knowledge in supporting / maintaining Sharepoint Online (Office365) in an enterprise environment.
Must be able to support OneDrive, Teams , PowerApps, o365 Group,Flow, Planner and other collaboration tool.
Must be able to organize/prioritize existing resources and incorporate new information, as needed, to implement the most effective solutions.
Able to communicate clearly and courteously with those who need to know of decisions/actions/problems.
Able to apply excellent business acumen and collaborative skills when resolving problems.
PowerShell for maintenance, solution deployment, automated installation Good understanding of SharePoint permissions.
Configuring/troubleshooting service applications such as Search, User Profiles, Managed Metadata Experience administering/configuring Kerberos, IIS 7.5 and certificates.
Knowledge on other o365 feature like Exchange online, Office 365 & Azure platform, Exchange server SMTP server technologies will be added advantage.

5. SharePoint workflow.

12.Client Side Development Experience in SharePoint, SharePoint Designer, jQuery, CSOM, REST, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XSLT will be an added advantage
Work on defining types of Service Request, Provisioning and Service request Management.
Contribute to develop Run standards with Design Authority and Drive Innovation along with Suppliers in the eco-system.
Analyze facilities bandwidth requirements and system interdependencies along with other IT towers. Contribute to capacity planning models .
Drive efficiency and reduce the Operating cost of the Infrastructure.
