Job Description :

1. Market visits for lead generation for Institutional/Key Accounts Biz
2. Coordination with Sales Promoters/ Dealers for leads
3. Coordinate sample despatches to prospect customers and conduct/ follow up for trials
4. Day to day coordination with existing customers for extracting max volume and maintain/ exceed daily prorata targets
5. Plan and organise Influencer meets for customers for improving sales in assigned region
6. Participate in techno- commercial discussions to gather market intelligence/ get right prices from market
7. CRM with key influencers and specifiers in market
8. Report competitor and cement market activities for strategising marketing
9. Maintain data and report the developments in construction industry- new projects in housing/ commercial/ infra sector.
10. Maintain cordial relationships with all the influencers
