Job Description :
-Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and Technical leads / Manager to ensure solution meets business needs.
-Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and with other department personnel.
-Build scalable & performing Applications.
-Demonstrates self-reliance by meeting/exceeding business needs
-Consistently produce high-quality solutions and be result driven.
-Capable, and adapts as needed, to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
-Must be comfortable working with geographically disbursed teams
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skill with a high attention to details
Minimum Requirements:
-A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
-4+years of complex software engineering experience in progressively challenging roles including proven skill sets in server and client side programming and best practices
-Product development experience will be an added advantage.
Soft Skills:
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
-Ability to work with little supervision
-Problem solving. Ability to find solutions if a given set of instructions cannot be followed by-the-book
