Job Summary
AECOM India is currently seeking an Urban Designer for the Biharsharf Smart City project site office.
The responsibilities of this role are as follows
• Urban design and planning tasks, design of public spaces, design of vehicle free zones, fa ade improvements, mobility design solutions,
• Research, analysis.
• Stakeholder Consultations
• Client Coordination
• Site Suitability
• Developing design options
• Data collection & Survey
• Facilitating Citizen & Stakeholder Engagement
Specific Skills Required
• Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software packages
• Good technical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy
Minimum Requirements
• 10 Years experience in Urban Designing of a Heritage precinct/ Green Field/Brown filed in Urban Area.
• Experience in Transit Oriented Development
• Experience in Local Area Planning
• Masters in Urban Design / Architecture or Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent Communication skills
• Prior experience in similar project
