Job Description :
1. Recruitment
a. Manpower search through job portals, screening and scheduling candidates with stakeholders.
b. Maintain MIS and funnel track for recruitment.
c. Vendor management and liasoning with stakeholders to schedule candidates
2. Offer
a. Checking documentation and compliance check for releasing of offers to selected candidates
b. Processing offer letter to new employees and liason with stakeholders for post joining formalities
3. Joining
a. Complete documentation of new employees and assuring all post joining documentation is completed
b. Induction and introduction of new employees to relevant stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate/ Post Graduate
Freshers with good english communication skills required
CTC - 144000/- + Mobile Reimbursements upto 800 /month + Incentives
