Job Description :
-The main responsibility of this position will fall with the E2E retail applications and infrastructure acting as L2 support.
-Issue analysis, Identification of bug and the workaround. Response to functional queries, Understanding & analysis of user requirement for minor enhancements.
-Strong skills in any of the below technologies in debugging the code, troubleshooting the code.
-Must have knowledge of ITIL processes and working experience of at least 2 years on Production Support models.
-Must be good at email and oral communications, as this role demands discussions, meetings with global users of our products.
-Should be willing to work in Graveyard shift (01:30 AM IST to 10:30 AM IST) on Weekdays and Rotational shift on the weekends.
-Should have hands on experience in providing Application/Production Support for any of the below technologies:
Java,C++,Tandem, Cisco, iOS , Linux
MS SQL, PostGres SQL, Mongo DB
Java Script, Python, PowerShell
Kubernetes, Unix, Oracle, Jenkins, Android
