Job Description :

1. PRE-REQUISITE:

Hands on experience of managing global enterprise LAN and WAN environment

Strong people management skills 

Strong desire and leadership skills to drive team to achieve customer satisfaction target

Technical hands-on experience with Cisco, HP/Aruba, Infoblox and Juniper platform 

Reasonable technical skills with Switching (VLAN, Trunking, Dot1x, various flavors of STP) protocols, Routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), MPLS QoS and Wireless technologies 

2. RESPONSIBILITIES:

People manager who have a passion and understanding for providing outstanding customer service. This person will lead a team of experts who are responsible for handling network/security support, problem management, managing network performance and proactively identifying issues before they become customer affecting. 

24*7 Remote Management and Monitoring of Enterprise Networks of Large Global clients that have a distributed LAN , WAN setup 

Drive ticket resolution work with team and resolve on trouble tickets, handle ticket escalation

Creation of Standard Operating Procedure documents 

Planning and execution of Change Management processes

Performance tuning of Network devices and creation of Service Improvement Plans

Work with Telecommunication Service Providers to resolve escalated circuit problems to resolution 

Planning and Perform upgrade of firmware 

Work with Hardware/Software Vendors to resolve problems 

Train and Mentor juniors

Interface with customer on calls and lead technical meetings

Assist is creation of Root Cause analysis (RCA) 

Provide technical inputs for weekly/monthly customer service review reports

3. TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED FOR JOB

CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, MBA is desirable.

4. EXPERIENCE:

7 + years relevant experience 

5. EDUCATION:

Engineering Degree/ Diploma for recognized University /Board

6. OTHER SKILLS:

Excellent communication skills written as well as verbal

Passion to work on core technology platform
