Role
-The purpose of this role is to be an Individual Contributor for developing, customizing, maintaining and support Product Development as per requirement of the business
-What is expected out of you?
-Accountable for designing and development of a technology framework for Product development.
-Responsible to design and develop complex Java and J2EE applications
-Should be able to gather and document customers development requirements.
-Understand customer requirements and prepare the required deliverables.
-Participate as an individual contributor for completing the activities as a part of a team related to initiatives.
-Analyze the problems and provide solutions to troubleshoot the complex process and technology issues.
-Ensure clients' requirements are clearly understood, communicated and implemented to provide an effective solution.
-Develop technical specifications and process flow diagrams as per CMMi standards.
-Translate functional design into technical deliverables as per CMMi standards.
-Responsible for Technical Documentation and Training users.
-Accountable for delivery of specifications, which includes Testing.
What should you possess?
-Education qualification: Prefer B.E/B. Tech/M. Tech/MCA/M.Sc Computers.
-A minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Java and J2EE applications.
-Possess good experience of spring / Struts Framework
-Possess deep understanding of Web Services technologies.
-Experience on any of the database is a mandate, preferably Oracle.
-Possess good communication and client interaction skills.
-Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
-Possess excellent organizational skills.
