Job Description :

-Expert in driving adoption of SharePoint & O365 tools to increase collaboration, employee engagement and knowledge management. 

-Implement and deploy custom SharePoint features to enhance out of box SharePoint functionality

-Convert business requirements into technical solutions using the appropriate and applicable SharePoint web part(s),lists, workflows, views or other available custom components

-Develop and implement custom features and integration with other systems

-Work with Business users on information requirements and outline suitable O365 SharePoint and other solutions 

-Review and analyse business requirements and craft O365 SharePoint Solutions

-Monitor the product roadmap for periodic upgrades and new releases. Work with business users to communicate new features and identify suitable use cases.

-Drive adoption of O365 tools to increase collaboration, employee engagement and knowledge management. 

-Ability to organize and prioritize project tasks

REQUIRED SKILL: 

-Good experience in O365 suite especially in areas of collaboration, knowledge management and employee engagement.

-Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2016, SharePoint online, OneDrive, Teams, Planner, PowerApps, Flows, Yammer and other Office 365 components

-7+ years of hands on experience of managing SharePoint Administration and development, SharePoint Framework (Modern & Classic sites), SharePoint Apps (SharePoint Hosted & Provider Hosted Apps), Claims aware .NET Applications, Content Management, Collaboration, Workflows and Server-Side Customisations.

-Experience in developing and coding SharePoint applications using latest SharePoint development frameworks (SPFx), Pnp, ReactJS, JSOM/CSOM, Jquery, Rest Services.

-Experience in delivering business solutions using SharePoint Designer, MS Flows, Power Apps ,SharePoint forms & Power Shell

-Proven experience working with multiple third party applications and development and/or customization of them.

-Strong critical thinking, numerical, analytical and project management skills.

-Team player with good inter-personal skills.

-Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

-Knowledge of managing and supporting the following technologies:

-Familiar with business usage of out of box and custom solutions of SharePoint & Office 365 apps

-SharePoint development framework & basics of Power Shell scripting 

-Microsoft Flow, Power Apps, Power BI

-SharePoint Designer, SharePoint forms

-Sites, subsites, Web parts, List and views

-Office 365 Tenant Management

-Azure and Azure Identity Management

-Windows Clients & Office Apps (Outlook, Outlook for Mac, IMAP, POP3, Mobile Devices)

-Windows 10 \Modern Desktops
