Job Description :
-Hands on Java or scripting language- Shell and Python
-Good understanding of program logic
-Well versed with Unix/Linux commands
-Working knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, data warehousing & DBA
-Experience in web services with REST, SOAP and API Test automation, from code development to test execution
-Experience in at least 2+ open testing tool or test framework i.e. Selenium, TestNg, PyTest, Jenkin, SOAP, browser development tool
-Knowledge of Big data, Jenkins, continuous delivery, Git preferred
-Experience with Continuous Integration and related tools (e.g. Jenkins)
-Well versed with any of QA life cycle tools Rally, Jira or ALM
-Preparing and maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
-Knowledge of test standards and process
-Experience in defect life cycle management logging, replication, triaging, verification, closing, metrics reporting, etc.
-Developing and executing formal test plans/test scripts for quality releases
-Test execution, defect management and test results reporting
-Defining and tracking QA metrics like defect count by stages
-Experience in testing effort estimations using industry standard methods
-Good communication skills
-Knowledge of agile methodology for delivering software solutions
Added advantage, if the candidate have
-Exposure of Big data technologies and tools
-Exposure of Big Data (Hadoop) or ETL testing
