Job Description :
-Responsible for effectively managing projects, providing solutions design, and implementing and generating project results for the organization
-Adept at Project Initiation, Requirement Analysis & Finalization, Project Scoping, Planning(Estimation, Scheduling & Milestones), Quality & KPI Monitoring, Risk & Resource management, Communication between project stakeholders, Execution Control and Delivery
-Manage client accounts, create strong business relationships, use tracking tools to measure progress and benefits provided to the clients, measure budget plans, and modify them according to their expectations
-Be a part of the leadership team and will contribute towards the growth and development of technologists
-Demonstrate strong consulting and delivery skills, with significant client engagement
-Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and delivering ground breaking work at the intersection of creativity and technology
-Conduct regular risk assessments, quality assurance and compliance reviews.
-Identify potential gaps in processes and procedures, and bring corrective actions
-Plan, acquire, develop and manage the required human resourcing, infrastructure & other needs
-Collaborate with project teams in technical discussion, to bring optimize solutions
-Develop POCs, of latest technology trends, which can be utilized for better user experience
-Contribute and bring value to various other organization initiatives and councils
