-Ability to translate client requirements and/or legislation into system specifications and test plans.
-Strong analysis skills related to service specific tasks and troubleshoot complex system defects and errors.
-Ability to learn and apply in-house methodology.
-Ability to understand resources (tools, databases, associates) available to support you in your responsibilities;
-Proven skills to use/coach others on technical and proprietary tools required to configure, test, debug, monitor, and report on system specifications; Deep knowledge of system capabilities, functionality, and development life cycle.
-Ability to coach and coordinate the work of others when balancing
