Job Description :
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
-Preparation and the execution of quality assurance activities, functional and integration tests
-Define detailed test plans based on Q-Concept and test strategy and perform test monitoring and reporting using tools like GTP and CSN
-Own responsibility for the quality of the products
-Support and execute central/program level quality tasks
-Work with Product Owner and Scrum Master to ensure good quality of delivery
-Facilitate continuous improvement of test automation practices
-Proactively provide feedback regarding process, tools and best practices in order to constantly improve the development methodology and tools
-Able to raise the quality issues in right forum at right time
-Actively contribute to QM community by sharing experiences and ideas for QM excellence
WORK EXPERIENCE / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
-4-8 years of experience in software testing and/or managing software quality assurance and testing
-Experience in being part of a large-scale software development projects distributed across geographical locations
-Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and changing business environment. Flexibility and adaptability are must haves to be successful in this role
-Exposure to agile development methodologies like Scrum
-Functional knowledge of at least one SAP module to help the team perform the functional correctness testing
-Mature and proactive with a high sense of responsibility and reliability
