Job Description :

-Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands

-Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

-Experience in successfully leading projects delivering according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards

-Create plans and manage project through the complete life cycle from initiation and planning to deployment using Agile, SCRUM and Waterfall

-Manage multiple complex projects that span one or multiple lines of business

-Manage project dependencies, change requests, issues and risks to mitigate impact to plan baseline

-Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization

-Continually use integrity and discretion in all activities

-Identify and develop trusted adviser relationship with project and program stakeholders, sponsors and team members to solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives

-Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills

-Experience creating and delivering the appropriate message for a given audience, i.e. technical, non-technical, project team and executive 

-Deliver status updates and presentations on project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks / issues, success criteria result, metrics, test and deployment activities to extended team

-Experience leading, motivating and managing various project team sizes; coach and mentor to team members

-Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders

-Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques

-Continue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices

-Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities

-Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs

-Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices

-Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
