Job Description :
a)Experience of accounting, Bank Recons & Intercompany Accounting.
b)Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
c)Sort and distribute incoming mail
d)Process 3 way P.O. matching invoices, up to 100 plus line items
e)Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms
f)Process check requests
g)Audit and process credit card bills
h)Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly
i)Ensure proper documentation of relevant and related records
j)Respond to all vendor inquiries
k)Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
l)Assist in month end closing
m)Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
n)Assist with other projects as needed
o)Prepare and pay EFT and wire vendor and client payments/ remittances
Note: Shift timing will be 1-10 pm and company does not provide transport facility
(Office is walk-in distance away from Sector 28 metro station)
