Job Description :
(1)Responsible for carrying out R&D projects independently.
(2)Able to converting management business objectives into product requirement by applying novel inventive steps towards both cost effective process and products.
(3)Good knowledge about Literature searching ( Patent and scientific articles) and having knowledge about scientific report writing.
(4)Scale up of recipe from R&D to pilot and Production plant.
(5)Application and customers trial of products.
(6)Ability to handle customer complaints.
(8) Knowledge about new vendor development
(9) Cost Optimization and Inventory control of RM and FG
(10) Demonstration, new product introduction, complain investigation, training & education to customers
