        Job Description
        Annual planning
        Provide analytical & planning support to the respective Brand Head to prepare granular Sales Plans for the FY & Seasons.
        Conduct Brand performance analysis, taking into consideration - external (market size, share, growth, competition, positioning) & internal (channel, segment, category) factors.
        Ensure alignment with the overall strategic direction / target of the Brand, discuss and sign-off with the Brand Head.
        Season planning
        1. EBO planning
        Provide analytical support to the EBO Ops team (using attribute-based analysis) to sharpen the EBO Seasonal Range and deployment across stores / store clusters.
        Jointly develop bottom-up (segment x category x store) EBO Sales Plan along with the EBO Ops team. Discuss, refine and get sign-off from the Brand Head.
        Jointly develop robust, bottom-up Buy Plans, taking into consideration -- no. of stores (new & existing), options/SKUs, racking capacity, segment-wise salience, deployment time, sell-through %. Discuss and get sign-off from the Brand Head.
        2. Overall Brand level planning
        Closely work with the LFS & Trade Demand Planners to collate Demand Plans (Sales & Buy Plans) at the Brand-level, analyze, ensure channel / segment / category / region salience, identify gaps, if any, and ensure timely resolution
        Jointly run order acceptance process with the Supply Planning and SCM team & get sign-off from the Brand Head and S&D Head
        Closely work with the Supply Planning Team in Seasonal PS&OP process; get sign-off from Brand Head and S&D Head on:
        Final Brand-level Sales Plan (including channel-wise split, ex-stock and inventory liquidation) & Inventory Plan
        Fortnightly channel-wise / region-wise supply connectivity during the Season
        Decisions related to trade-off across channels
