Job Description :

-Handling Collections, Customer Care & Home Loans. Plan and coordinate with teams to reach the set targets. 

-Ensure that all the queries and enquiries from customers and bankers are solved. 

-Update the Schedule of Construction & Schedule of payments in Master Sheet for a specific project. Intimate the dues to the customers as per the schedule of payments by the way of intimation letter, phone calls & emails. 

-Identify the list of customers, who are in need of the loan facility and generate the information to the Home loans department. 

-Coordinate with the Home Loans department to ensure the quick disbursements from the Housing Finance Institutions. 

-Preparation of Confirmation letters, Agreements of Sale, Construction Agreements, No objection letters & Sale deeds to the customers. 

-Identify the details of Modifications from the customers in a specific project and intimate the same to the Management and Technical Team. 

-Explain the possibility of execution of modifications and intimate the same to the customers. Update the information to the project manager after the customer acceptance with proposed cost estimate for proposed modifications. 

-Maintain the record of correspondence, copies of Agreements of sale, Construction Agreements & Sale deeds of every customer in a specific project. 

-Collecting the payments from the customers and generate the receipts and acknowledge the same to the customers. 

-Update the project progress and payment schedules in the master file. Coordinating with the construction team and with the customers in handing over process to ensure quick flat possessions.
