-Knowledge of Unsecured Lending process specifically Personal Loan, Business Loan.
-Managing channel partners and DST
-Experience of executing local campaigns and marketing activity
-Capability to do direct sourcing
-Display strong understanding of customer business
-To handle / coordinate for pre & post disbursement activities
-Ability to comprehend risk inherent to customer business
-Prompt resolution of customer complaints
-Recruiting Channels & DST employees
