Job Description :
o We are looking for 1 -2 Year experienced resource to this position.
o Its is a Production Support Role.
o Take care of Operations and manage all the requests from local office to ensure end users will be able to access IMS applications.
o Should be ready to work in rotational shift.
o Proactively address client query related on BI Platform and resolve them within SLA.
o Create test cases for Business requirement and involve in UAT testing Phase.
o Provide training to local office on BI Platform and guide them when required.
o Write and maintain user guides on new features.
o Record/document information within our knowledge database.
o Provide production support for on-going production activities.
o Provides accurate and timely updates to project manager and/or team lead on progress
o Works with the documentation team to assure new functionality is properly documented.
o Required Knowledge on Excel, SQL ( DDL Commands)
