Job Description :
Technical Attributes
1.5+ years solar project management experience including projects of at least 100 kW+
2.Experience and understanding of Rooftop Solar projects.
3.Solid understanding of Project Management process and SAP- PS module knowledge .
4.Ability to solve the problems- both personnel issues and project issues.
5.Good Liasoning skill.
6.Good record keeping and organizational skills.
7.Ability to travel regionally, depending on project location
8.Coordination of installation schedules; management of staffing to ensure on time completion.
9.Coordination of permitting for projects.
10.Coordinate with development and engineering to develop preliminary design budget.
11.Prepare bid packages and procure materials and services as needed.
12.Create project budget based upon quotes and bids; track project costs.
13.Perform regular check-ins with job superintendents to gauge project progress.
14.Serve as point-of-contact for customers/clients during each project.
15.Provide progress reports and other status updates to client and management as required.
16.Maintaining records and databases
17.Troubleshooting issues relating to installations
18.Roofing installation experience Must
19.Manage Installation and Commissioning of Roof Top Solar Plants
20.Maintain Personal Health and Safety at project sites
21.Support and assist during Pre-construction and design stage
22.Checking of purchased solar components at site for Quality and specifications as per design and drawing and candidate must have basic knowledge of each components used at Solar Power Project.
23.Ensuring incorporation of Grid codes and regulatory provisions in design.
