-Talent Acquisition Specialists having exposure to hiring US Citizens (Onsite hiring)
-Good Technical bandwidth to understand new concept technologies
-Good Know-how of Technology branding
-Should have worked in Vertical hiring portfolio
-Must know how to navigate on the internet, have extensive hands on experience with Recruiting on Monster, Dice etc.
-Enough exposure to IT/ Technical background to recruit
-Excellent negotiation/communication skills
-The individual needs to be competent in all aspects of the recruiting process.
-The candidate will be responsible for the complete requirement Process from Understanding the requirements to on-boarding.
