Job Description :
-Minimum Experience-6 months till 8yrs.
-Graduation Required (B.Tech preferred)
-Candidates coming with experience into handling direct accounts/ clients/MSP/VMS will be preferred
-Preferably should have experience of working with Direct Clients
-Should have exposure of working on W2
-Should have excellent communication skills
-Should be from US recruitment background
-Good interpersonal and team coordination skills
-Must be proactive & self-driven.
-Must be a quick thinker.
-Should be well versed with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
-Should be well versed with various visas.
-Should be well versed with full recruitment life cycle.
-Should have thorough understanding of various IT terminologies.
