Responsibilities
-Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues
-Monitor all operations that affect quality
-Supervise and guide manual and Automation QA team
-Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure the team understands them
-Report status to internal and external stakeholders
-Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing test data
-Review current status, schedule slippages, risks and report them
Requirements
-Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role
-Thorough knowledge of manual and automation quality assurance and standards
-Excellent communication skills and understanding of QA cycle
-Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
-Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
-People management
