Job Description :

-Responsible for the entire life cycle of all the employees for the assigned branch or cluster. 

Recruitment: 

-Handling recruitment of Mid-level & Junior level for lending businesses through various sources. 

-Manage closures for manpower gap within assigned TAT. 

-Maintaining employee referral data and preparing monthly MIS for the same. 

-Raise salary fitments for approvals and offer generations. 

Operations: 

-Managing Joining Documentations and salary processing s for new hires. 

-Co-ordinate for Employee Code generations for new joinees. 

-Performance Management System 

-Collating data and maintaining trackers for PMS process. 

Employee Engagement: 

-Conduct employee engagement activities for Employees across branches. 

Exit Formalities 

-Conducting Exit interview for employees of Focus department 

-Providing F & F details & guiding for PF related queries. 

-Handling employee queries and grievances and ensure solutions in assured time limit.
