Job Description :
-Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
-Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency.
-Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team.
-Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel/process to remove the impediment.
-Building a trusting and safe environment where problems/roadblocks can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
-Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
-Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Desired Profile:
1. Any Grad with around 4+ years of experience in Agile teams ideally in Web/digital based projects, including all aspects of product development and execution.
2. Familiarity with MS Office suite.
3. Experience at working both independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential.
4. Strong written and oral communication / presentation skills
5. Experience in JIRA would be an added advantage.
6. CSM or PSM certification is an added advantage
