Job Description :
-Experience with Life Sciences or Pharma data is a significant plus
-Demonstrated ability in data modeling, ETL development , and data warehousing .
-Extracting and combining data from various heterogeneous data sources.
-Demonstrated experience manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large datasets
-Building and migrating the complex ETL pipelines from sources, to S3, Redshift and/or Elastic Map Reduce to make the system grow elastically.
-Query optimization
-Job Failure debugging
-Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
-At least 2+years (Data Engineer and Architect 10+ Years) of industry work experience as a Data Engineer or related specialty (e.g., Software Engineer, Business Intelligence Engineer, Data Scientist)
Key Technologies:
-Experience with ETL tools such as Amazon Glue (Required) and Talend (nice to have)
-Experience with Big Data Technologies ( Hadoop, Hive, Spark , etc.).
-Experience with AWS Data Warehousing and database platforms ( RedShift, Athena, Aurora )
-Coding proficiency in at least one modern programming language ( Python, Ruby, Java , etc.)
-Deep SQL coding experience
