Job Description :
-Handling Store Activities and inflow & Outflow of Material as Work order and for Internal purpose.
-Managing GRN
-Stock updation in Excel and generating BOM.
-Inter-office MEMO dispatch of Work order which is handed over by production to verify and pack for dispatch to generate packing list and to provide the same to Accounts and Sales for their respective process proceedings
-In house used material to be updated in Inhouse excel register
-Dispatch against returnable and non-returnable gate pass and updation in excel
-Dispatch details of dispatched items to be scanned and sent to concern department(s) the next morning
-To maintain RMA Register
-To maintain dispatch invoice register
-Docket detail register maintaining
