Job Description :

-Gather information on attendance / numbers of days worked for each employee

-Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system / GreytHR

-Receive approval from management for payments when needed.

-Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or generate payslips.

-Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper.

-Process taxes and payment of employee benefits.

-Keep track of Minimum wages, Basic Pay, PF, ESIC, Bonus Pay, Compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.

-Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors.

-Prepare reports for management and accounts department when required.

-Preferred Industry Experience: Any Industry

-Must have worked on GreytHR

-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. 

-Relationship Skills with consultants & Authorities.

-Plan, organize and prioritize work. 

-Excellent time-management, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills. 

-Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience. 

-Remain flexible in order to adapt to changes in work environment. 

-People Management.

-Work accurately with close attention to detail. 

-Possess a work ethic that includes neatness, punctuality and accuracy. 

-Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce.
