Job Description :
-Act as a key adviser in business decision making including financial target setting, key change programs, Incentive strategy etc
-Support new product development initiatives, analysis of product and price elasticity
-Accountable for compliance for financial processes, tools, accounting principles and internal controls.
-Challenges and drives the business for improved financial performance
-Numbers to Data Analytics.
-Will be working on bringing cost efficiency
-Closely involved in Customer segmentation & Sales Strategy
-Support to Business head for accurate, timely and quality of management reporting, financial forecasting
-Drives the Annual Operating Planning process and Long Range Planning.
-Addressing all business queries in relation any change in existing processes.
-Reporting and Analysis of all business related financials incl. P&L, headcount and relevant KPIs.
Experience:
-12-15 year experience
Qualifications:
-CA / MBA (Tier 1 institutes)
