Job Description :

Solve Technical Issues 

-When client experiences technical issues, they communicate their problems to remote support engineers, who then find solutions to the queries

-Handle complex customer scenarios , documenting solutions , and effectively providing dependable and timely resolution to all product related technical issues experienced by customers

-Provide remote infrastructure support delivery and performing problem cause analysis

Provide Customer Service 

-Working with clients, remote support engineers provide excellent customer service. They communicate effectively and listen attentively to client's concerns.

Advise Clients on Software Management 

-When troubleshooting software errors, remote support engineers advise clients on maintaining and managing their software. They offer tips and advice to avoid facing technical issues.
