Job Description :

-Responsible for generating sales with project-specific inquiries.

-Schedule and conduct site visits and follows up with client till closure.

-Get connected between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.

-Report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.

-Reaching the targets and goals set, establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.

-Increasing business opportunities through reference generation & various routes to market.

Desired Candidate Profile: 

-Good communication/ convincing skills. 

-Good knowledge about all the locations of Mumbai. 

-Must have good analytical skills 

-Positive attitude for meeting new people 

-Someone who enjoys doing sales 

-Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage 

-Ability to understand the requirements of prospects 

-Decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions
