Job Description :
*Call on the Quality leads/ Database provided by the company.
*Pitch the customer for Home Loan.
*Follow up with the customers who have shown interest in taking Home Loan.
*If required, arrange meetings for selling home loan products of different financial institutions.
*Checking the CIBIL report of the customer.
*Collect documents and log in file for processing home loan
*Documents Verification related to Applicants and Co-applicants
*Initiating the Property and corporate CIBIL report.
*Checking the Internal Deduce.
*Checking and analyzing the given bank statements & Income Documents.
*Find Out the Eligibility as per products Norms.
*Checking and Analyzing the Financial Statements.
*Binding with customer and builders for the smooth processing of Loan
*Handle product queries and service issues.
*Meeting clients, verify documents, process file, co-ordinate for sanction/disbursement of the loan, personalized service to clients.
*Solve all type of issues and help customers disburse their loan on committed timelines
*Follow up with Banks.
