Job Description :

-Sales Ensuring Primary and Secondary Targets are met

-To ensure coverage and expansion as per FK plan

-To Identify and correct the gaps in Reach Numeric & Weighted

-To track and monitor ROI / Absolute income of Distributors and ways to improve the same

-To manage schemes re-distribution so as to drive sales objectives

-To ensure improvement in Front line officer productivity using various tools

-To ensure optimum Span of Control for all GR manpower on roll & off roll

-To ensure quality Direct Dealers and build Priority Dealers with set parameters

-To ensure timely communication of schemes, new models, events etc. to the Trade Partners

-To monitor and ensure structured Standard Operating Procedure for Field Force

-To create and monitor a Field Force docket and ensure Front line Sales to carry it at all field visits

-To ensure a strong network against competition

-To develop localised plans to ensure health and motivation of network

-To ensure category wise dealer performance on a monthly basis

-To ensure range selling in specified channel

-To ensure improvement in Weighted Distribution by converting A*, A Dealers as Direct Dealers
