Job Description :

-Responsible for generating Retail Mortgage business, and achieving set business target for the location for both small ticket Home Loans and LAP

-Manage relationships with business associates, builders, and other alternative sourcing channels at the location to generate leads

-Responsible for process adherence at the location

-Carrying out Personal Discussions and visiting customers whenever required as per the business requirement

-Responsible for the quality of the account sourced

-Responsible for managing portfolio while keeping delinquency within the prescribed norms Manage team of Sales Officer(s)

-Have control over local distribution network

-Conduct technical rounds

General Responsibilities:

-Responsible for overall management & functioning of the centre adhering to the process laid down by the organisation

-Should have good knowledge of local business practices

-Should be adept in the mortgage terminologies and processes

-Should have good knowledge of local language

Work Experience: 

-Minimum 1 yrs of experience in Mortgage industry from renowned NBFC/Banks/HFCs.

-Last two years of experience should be from same location

-Experience in Credit Underwriting will be an added advantage
