Job Description :

-Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company unique selling propositions and differentiators

-Work with assigned accounts to provide our consulting services, develop new business, and maintain positive ongoing relationships.

-Review the current set of Clients and identify an area for optimizations, create and present a value proposition to the clients.

-Act as a primary contact for assigned customers and liaise with hiring managers/HR/ talent acquisition teams as required facilitating and supporting the generation of revenue through the assigned customer base.

-Handle escalations by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

-Present to and consult with mid and senior level management (Internally) on business trends with a view to developing new solutions and services.

-Identify opportunities within Bangalore and across India that will lead to an increase in volume of business.

-Revenue generation acquiring new business.

-Build and maintain rapport with the New clients.
