Minimum Qualification
-BE, B. Tech. or MBA (IT/Systems) from a reputed institute.
Industry Experience
-Minimum 6-8 years of progressive information technology experience with full application development life cycle and systems integration experience
-6+ years of experience in development of complex systems based on J2EE framework.

Mandate Skills
-Experience with change management processes
-Aware of the Software Development Life Cycle and Quality concepts
-Ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
-UI Technologies: JSP, Bootstrap, java script, jquery, AJAX ,HTML, CSS, experience on either Angular 2+/React will be nice to have.
-Back end Technologies : Java 1.8, J2EE, SOA ( SOAP and REST webservices),Hibernate/JPA, Spring MVC Spring-Data, Automation unit testing using Selenium, JUNIT4, Mocking, MQ, XML, XSLT, , Enterprise Service Bus, SQL , DB2,Mainframe
-DevOps Tools: Maven. Git with Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube
-Hands on experience in Tomcat or Weblogic/Websphere servers
