Job Description :
-Review customer document and identify the issue with document.
-Apply steps per training guidelines to correct customer document.
-Assist and mentor colleagues by sharing experience where appropriate, in meetings SLAs
-Maintain accurate records and management reports as per process specifications

-Excellent English comprehension
-Comfortable working in 24*7 shift

-UG / Graduate Fresher and experienced both can apply.
- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
- Should be flexible working in night shifts.
- Experience in International BPO would be an added advantage.
