Job Description :
1. Understanding of the job market, demonstrated ability to hire quality candidates.
2. Interacting with Hiring Managers or Clients to understand job requirements.
3. Comfortable using different web tools for sourcing and job posting.
4. Sourcing, screens and interviews applicants in line with requirements.
5. Exercises judgment on the right sourcing channels to be used.
6. Sources candidates directly in the marketplace and develops candidate pools within their respective market streams.
7. Works with the hiring managers to develop strong selection processes
8. Leads and closes all formalities related to on- boarding of the candidate.
