- Data management 

- Analytical skills - ability to collect, gather, visualize and analyze & interpret data/ information in details

- Advanced excel skills advanced formulas, pivot & pivot reporting , vlook up , data validation, conditional formatting, chart tools, countif 

- Program coordination skills are a must
