JOB DESCRIPTION



1.OPD Management and Consultants Coordination.

Registration and billing

2.Telephone operations.

3.Appointment and Scheduling.

4.Cancelling / rescheduling appointment whenever necessary by calling and informing the concerned patients

5.Information delivery

6.Supervising the Reception- by handling queries, enquiries and lab reports

7.Update of Contact details of consultants/ star dials and extension numbers

8.Supervising and checking of daily MIS before sending it.

9.Handles patient grievances (regarding waiting period for the Drs and non availability of appointments)


10.Night Shift is a part of this Job profile .Hence candidates must be willing to do it.
