JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting - Preparation of Draft Reports along with external consultants with observations, root cause analysis and having preliminary discussion of observations with process owners and incorporating their comments and action plan.
Preparation of supporting & annexure as referred in audit report in order to achieve adequate coverage and quality of recommensations
Follow up - Execute and perform follow-up on the open audit observations.
Understand the issue/observation and risk associated and agreed action.
Coordinate with relevant process owner to obtain required documents/data in order to ensure completeness and sustainable implementation of actions
Timely escalate key unresolved recommendations to group leader in order to ensure implementation of action plan and recommendation.
Learning - Involve in knowledge sharing activities of the team through suggestions of areas, making presentation on relevant topics .
Taking up relevant certification of CIA / CISA / CFE in order to ensure development of self and team members.
Supporting MIS & Audit Committe - Support group leader in compilation and preparation of the audit committee presentation on a timely basis in order to ensure timely and accurate MIS and Audit committee presentation.
