Role: HR Facilitator 


Reporting To: Lead HRBP


Location: Bollaram, Hyderabad


The incumbent will be responsible for meeting core HR deliverables such as staffing, induction, employee life cycle, talent management, employee relations, contract labour management etc. Also, partner with line managers to drive engagement, retention, grievance resolution thereby leading to higher productivity.


Manpower planning & Talent Acquisition Support:

Work on Manpower planning by following org design principles

Support business integrally on manpower planning and budgeting process.

Assess the workforce deployment and gaps, work proactively with recruitment team to fill the vacancies

Partnering with recruitment in maintaining manning levels to optimum level


Employee Engagement & Retention: 

Implement of Employee engagement initiatives

Handle employee queries & grievances

Drive connect programs for HIPOs


Capability Development: 

Co-ordinate with trainers to conduct relevant sessions, seminars & workshops for honing the technical/ managerial skills of business managers

Co-ordinate with business and implement developmental interventions


Performance Management & Productivity: 

Drive all the stages of Performance Management

Explore various ideas on productivity by working closely with line managers

Enable managers at various stages of Goal setting / Performance Appraisal & monitor progress


HR Analytics & MIS: 

Collate and prepare periodic HR MIS, reports and analysis

Support the Unit HR Lead in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics

Discover the underlying reasons for employee attrition and identify high-value employees at risk of leaving

Create, maintain, and ensure quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics


Employee Relations & Contract Labour Management:

Provide proactive consultation to people managers on employee relation activities. Advise them on ER issues like disciplinary, performance management etc To ensure statutory & process compliance

Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory laws like filing of all statutory returns to relevant authorities, responding to their queries and notices

Monitor availability of required contract labour as per the plan. Ensure that contractor complies with all statutory obligations and every safety provision available

Internal BU HR Head, Group HR Lead, Talent Acquisition Team, Organization Effectiveness, Administration , L&D


External- External Partners, Consultants


Educational Qualifications: 

Experience Required: Degree or Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management covering Labour Welfare, as special subject, of not less than two years duration with 5 years of experience in HR partner / welfare officer role in a plant environment. Experience in a pharma/biotech/process industry is preferred.


Technical requirements: Ability to use MS office, power point and excel effectively, including data collection, diagnostic, and analytical skills. Operational SAP knowledge is preferred.
