Job Description :

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic and energetic person for permanent role for our company. Please find below the job description for Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) positions:



A) Core Responsibilities:

Achieve Business Targets 

o Achieve sales targets through market tapping (direct business) and through DSAs as well

o Have complete product/schemes knowledge

Process Files

o Scan and log in file as per policy within TAT 

o Collect all KYC documents, agreements and other required details as per policy and defined norms

o Respond promptly to queries raised by CPC/Sales/Credit Teams

o Follow up with customers for pending documents and Branch for non-disbursed loans

o Support RCU, collections team with respect to follow ups and case closures

Post Disbursal Document Collection

o Collect and file all Post Disbursal Documents as per policy 

DSA Relationship Management 

o Ensure continuous engagement and regular meetings with the In Charge at the DSA to drive sales

o Discuss and address issues and concerns of DSAs

Customer interaction and follow up 

o Interact in a polite and convincing manner with the customer and provide all details about the product

o Be alert about customer documents received and customer profile to detect fraud

o Provide after sales customer service and follow up with EMI and ECS concerns/issues

o Reconciliation of sanction letter book at the branch 

o Maintain all log in details on a daily basis 

o Daily customer log in; sanction letter issued, etc



Minimum Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Salary: 11.5 K to 14K Take Home

Position: Permanent

Notice Period: Immediate to 1 Month
