Regional Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad for Business loans.
Responsible to generate business revenue , acquisition of clients, managing P & L for Business loans product for respective locations
Leading a team of Sales Manager across location to generate business, target segment SME / Business loan products
Networking and acquiring new Channel / DSA Partners
Competition mapping, keeping a track of competition in the market and be updated on all market trends
Initiating promotions in tandem with overall organizations plan & ensuring effective implementation of the same at local level
Maintaining a good delinquency & credit ratio
Coordinate with the product management and marketing team, for effective implementation of strategies for customer acquisition at local level
Maintain exiting book size and customer base.
Required Candidate profile
Well networked and good corporate relations
Understanding Financial Parameters, Ratios, Risk associated with each deal
Min 5yrs exp into Business Loans / Corporate Lending / SME Business
Basic financial expertise, understanding of balance sheet.
Catering to business professional based clients
Work location is based in Ahmedabad.
