10+ years of exp. into Transactional Quality ( Call monitoring , call quality , quality assurance , bpo quality etc) from only BPOs.

Days Shifts and 6 Days working.

Exp. in Domestic BPO, Voice and Customer Service 

Six Sigma /Strategic Quality ( Leadership Traits)

It would be 60 -70% Transactional Quality Role and 30 -40% Training Role

He/she will work as a Site head for Gujarat region and Jharkhand region respectively.
