Job Description :

Key Responsibilities : 


1. To manage full cycle recruiting process for our contact centre (lead generation , corporate alliances , customer service ,pre-sales,post sales ) for the region of Delhi   & Pan India   ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience..


2. Build great partnership with business in terms of understanding the needs and delivering on time.


3. Source & screen relevant profiles through multiple channels including Employee Referrals, Social Networking Sites, Alumni Base, Head Hunting, Passive Sourcing.


4. Manage appropriate source mix and maintain minimum cycle time for each closure.


5. Involve in behavioural and competency based Interviewing & partnering with hiring managers for appropriate hiring decisions.


6.Accountable for publishing progress pivots w.r.t total sourced / screened / test result / drive / offers. 


7.Participation in weekly reviews with the management.
